Crystal City will be rockin' and rollin' tomorrow, 25 August 2007, from 8 am until 6 pm.Creating a “Beach Drive” experience in the heart of Crystal City visitors can rollerblade along the long stretches of Crystal Drive, between 12th and 23rd Street, from 8 am until 12 noon.
Free and open to all ages, CrystalRolls is actually a precursor to the FREE outdoor summer block party, CrystalBlock. Which takes place from 1 pm until 6 pm on West 23rd between Fern and Eads Streets.
Celebrating historic “Restaurant Row,” Crystal-Block will feature live musical entertainment and family friendly activities, including:
1:30 pm - Johnny Artis Band
3:00 pm - Mary Ann Redmond
4:30 om - Niki Barr Band
Crystal-Block is opened to all ages. Must be 21 to drink.
