When In NYC for the 2006 Saint Black Party and in the process of my 25 March 2006 NYC street photography I'd capture street musician and blues artist Vladimir, at the corner of 23rd Street and 7th Avenue in Chelsea.In the 1 - 7 Devember 2006 issue of Chelsea Now, journalist Lawrence Lerner sheds light on Vladimir's story who, a graphic designer and photo re-toucher by trade, fell on hard times three years ago when he was laid off and subsequently had a mild heart attack.
