I'm sure most have observed DC's first bicycle rickshaw, DC Pedicab which since March 2006 has been the only pedicab service in WDC. However, when out taking pictures along 15th Street on the National Mall during my 11 April 2008 Walk I captured the newly launched Capitol Pedicabs. Which, according to the operator, opened for business approximately three weeks ago.Though still under construction, visit the Capitol Pedicabs website for more information.
