When last week that I was focusing on the graffiti tags on 14th Street in the Logan Circle area of NW Washington DC which has been one of my ongoing themes for many years I was delighted to happen upon two DC DPW Solid Waste Management employees in the process of removing graffiti from 1409 14th Street.To request removal of graffiti from your property by the DC Department of Public Works (DPW) visit their website.
