The 24th Annual Market Place Festival & Health Fair (formerly the African American Holiday Expo) will take place this weekend on Saturday and Sunday, 22 - 23 December 2007, at the Reeves Center from 10 am until 6 pm each day.AAHA's MarketPlace Festival and Health Fair, serves as an example of Umoja, the Kwanzaa principle of cooperative economics, where the slogan, "For the Most Positive Holidays Ever - Spend Your Money Where it Counts" has been demonstrated annually.
The Reeves Center is located at 14th and U Streets, in NW WDC.
