When capturing Christmas at Union Station on Saturday afternoon I'd happen upon Design Cuisine setting-up for an event at Union Station. I began my catering career in the fall of 1980 which was a year or so after Hyatt Regency executives Bill Homan, Horst Klein and Steve Veletsis founded Creative Foods. Which, a few years, later would become Design Cuisine.More than likely if a special event is held at Union Station, it will be in collaboration with Design Cuisine.
