Most years since 1998 I have photographed some aspect of the annual
National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial LAW RIDE event which following the annual Blue Mass launches the annual
National Police Week.
As in most years I began my documentation of
14th Annual LAW RIDE at the
Assemblance Rally at the RFK Stadium Parking Lot in SE WDC on Sunday morning, 10 May 2009.
