The Lizard is back. Though local promoter Mark Lee shut down his popular Sunday night Lizard Lounge party in April 2006 due to concerns about the city-wide indoor smoking ban, the event will re-open on Sunday, May 4, at Lima, a K Street bar with an all-weather patio.
